By enrolling your child into Little Shakers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These outline how enrolments, class passes, billing, makeups and participation work — so your family knows exactly what to expect each term.
All enrolments at Little Shakers are ongoing and will automatically continue unless cancellation is provided in writing via email to [email protected].
Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to your child's next scheduled class to avoid further charges.
Little Shakers classes operate in line with Queensland school terms and run year-round unless otherwise advised.
Classes held within childcare centres may vary slightly depending on centre closures, public holidays, or special events.
Families can choose the pass that best suits their schedule. Both options are valid each term and can be adjusted between terms.
By enrolling, parents/guardians authorise Little Shakers to process payments for selected class passes and attendance fees through the nominated payment method.
Fees may be adjusted with notice provided to families in advance.
Little Shakers aims to provide a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all children. Parents acknowledge that participation in dance and movement activities involves physical activity.
Parents/guardians are responsible for advising Little Shakers of any medical conditions, allergies, behavioural concerns, or additional support needs prior to participation.
From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional and social media purposes. If you do not wish for your child to appear in any media, please notify us in writing via email.
Little Shakers reserves the right to make changes to class schedules, educators, venues, or programs where necessary. Families will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.
